LEADERSHIP MENTORING CIRCLE (GROUP MENTORING)

FOR FIRST TIME & EMERGING LEADERS

A six-session small-group leadership experience for first-time and emerging leaders who want practical guidance, honest feedback, and greater confidence using their voice.


6 SESSIONS| $999 PER PERSON


Limited to five participants, the circle combines structured leadership development with personalized mentoring around the real challenges participants are facing at work. Each 90-minute session includes one hour of guided development and 30 minutes of open mentoring.


SESSION OVERVIEWS: 


1. Know Your Voice: Use Insights Discovery to understand how you naturally communicate, lead, and respond under pressure.


2. The Overdue Conversation: Prepare for the conversation you have been avoiding and practice language you can use when honesty matters.


3. The Tough Call: Recognize what delays your decisions and build a process for acting without waiting for complete certainty.


4. The Untaken Risk: Identify the idea or opportunity you have been holding back and design a thoughtful leadership experiment.
